"I don’t have enough good things to say about Betsy and Roy at Harvest Real Estate. As a first-time home buyer, they helped me understand the market. They were very patient with me as I was looking for houses for quite a while trying to find something that met my needs and fit within my budget. They also set me up with a great team that helped me get qualified for financing. As someone who likes to do a lot of research and online searching on my own, I spent a lot of time looking at a lot of properties online and sending them questions about them. They were always eager to show me any properties and help me understand the specific property and how it sat in the market. Much to my surprise the home that I ended up purchasing was one that I had crossed off my list as not worth looking at. The listing for the home was terrible and didn’t at all show the home in a positive light. Betsy having great knowledge of the area and the market convinced me that this home was worth a look and she was right. Once I saw the home I realized quickly that it would fit my needs perfectly and it was much nicer than the listing made it out to be. We quickly put in an offer and Betsy helped me to get a great deal. Not only did she negotiate a great deal with the seller she also identified some programs that I qualified for. With those things combined, I was able to get the home with almost no money out of pocket and have instant equity. I really couldn’t be happier. Buying a home was certainly a huge decision and there were a lot of moving parts, but having Betsy and the Harvest team on my side gave me the confidence to jump in. I’m so happy with my home and there’s no way I would have found it without them."
